Yes, we offer Gift Vouchers from £20 in increments of £10 up to £100.Â
- Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers must be used in full in a single purchase.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each gift voucher code can only be used once.

All sales are final. Once an item has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of faults or discrepancies.Â
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.Â
If Laydidee's Natural Skincare has made a packaging error, we will cover the cost of the return shipment. If a customer requests an urgent re-dispatch, payment for the goods will be required upfront, and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items, provided they are unopened and in a resalable condition.Â

We offer free 2nd class shipping for orders over £70.
Shipping upgrades to 1st class are available for £7.20.
Shipping rates are as follows via Royal Mail:
- First-class = £7.20
- Second-class = £6.00
- International order available soon

Laydidee's Natural Skincare offers wholesale pricing based on a tier system, where higher purchase volumes qualify for greater discounts. We start wholesale orders from a minimum of just 15 pieces, which can include a mix of all items. Please contact us for more details.
