These terms apply to products ordered via the Internet. Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only.

1. Seller
1.1 The Seller is Laydidee’s Natural Skincare, Registered in England and Wales at Companies House No. 13360378. Registered Office 81 Tempest Street, City Centre, Wolverhampton, WV2 1AA.
2. Order process
2.1 Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you.
2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products. However, we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer (see point 2.5 below).
2.3 We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.
2.4 If you enter the correct e-mail address, we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail and order update e-mail(s). These are not order confirmations or order acceptances from us.
2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card (see 2.3 above) or we have sent acknowledging e-mails (see 2.4 above).
2.6 The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the products.
2.7 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 of these terms and conditions.
2.8 We do not file details of your order for you to access, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment may be made by the methods indicated on our website.
3.2 You will be charged the current price for buying products from our website on the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are currently exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices when we start to charge VAT at the relevant rate. All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
3.3 A delivery charge will be applied at checkout.
3.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the products at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

1. What personal information do we collect about you, and where do we get it from
We collect most information directly from you when you order or buy from us. We get technical details from the devices you use to access our apps and websites and from cookies which tell us what you look at online, where and when. Like most other websites, our technology also lets us know when and how you use our websites, such as when you have added to or abandoned your basket or filled in a form.
The personal information we collect and use will depend on why we need it. We will only collect the personal information we believe we need to use, or which you have agreed we can collect from you or agreed someone else can share with us.
Sometimes we are given information about you unexpectedly, such as from the police, organisations and agencies trying to prevent threats and fraud, and from the public.
2. What we do with your personal information
We need to collect and use lots of information about you so that you can use our websites and apps, buy things from us and learn about our offers and new arrivals. We also need to use some details to prevent and detect fraud.
We look at and learn from your browsing, shopping and how you respond to our marketing to understand what sort of customer you are and predict what products we have that you may also be interested in. We try to show you offers we think you will like tailored to you based on stuff like your location, including what we know about you including through our apps, websites and other websites you visit, relying on the extra understanding about you which ad providers and social media platforms have collected with your consent.
3. Who do we share your personal information with, and why​
We use suppliers and service providers, such as for delivering orders, or dealing with card checks and payments. These include other group companies and external contractors. We only share the personal details they need to know for their services, and we make sure your privacy is respected and protected.
We share personal information with third parties when you have told us that we can share, or them that they can share, or you agree we can share your information.
We will provide personal information about you to the police, fraud prevention and credit reference agencies when we have to by law, or when we deem necessary to prevent fraud. If we decide to reorganise or sell all or most of our business, your personal information may be transferred to the buyer of the business, but we will never sell your personal information to third parties for them to market their products to you.
4. Where we send your personal information outside Europe​
Business for us and many suppliers is international, so your personal information may, at times, be handled in a location outside Europe. When this occurs, we take care to ensure the security of your information. In the event you ask us to deliver your order outside of Europe, we need to send limited details outside of Europe to fulfil this request.​
5. How do we keep your personal information secure
Our people understand how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure. We take steps online to keep our offices, systems and records secure.​
6. How long we keep your information, and why​
We will only keep your personal information for a limited period of time. This period will depend on a number of reasons, such as whether we still need to deliver to you, or you have an account with us, or we are providing ongoing customer care to you. Sometimes we must also keep your information by law, to deal with a regulator or where required by our insurers. We delete your personal information at your request where possible, and we won’t keep it for longer than we should or need to for the provision of a service and for communicating with you.​

You have right to find out about how and why we use your personal information and to control its use. These include rights to access and correct your details and, in some cases, to ask us to limit or stop our use of them and even to delete them. SHIPPING & HANDLING
UKÂ
In the UK, we offer 1st & 2nd Class delivery (via Royal Mail) options to our customers. Shipping in the UK (under 2kg) is as follows:
All Orders Under £60:
- 1st Class Delivery £7.20
- 2nd Class Delivery £6.00
All Orders Over £60:
-  1st Class – £7.20
- 2nd Class - Free Delivery
International Orders
Postage worldwide is calculated by weight. Please send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] or complete a contact form on our page for a quote on international delivery.
Handling Times
From Monday to Thursday, we aim to despatch all orders placed before 1 pm by the next day, but this can be delayed during busy periods. If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil an order, we will also aim to contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.
Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
When we despatch your order, you will be sent an email confirmation, including tracking details where applicable.
Non-Deliveries
If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery, please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you.
If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged, we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us the correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times, please contact us, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times, we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been processed and despatched. To cancel or return goods, please email quoting your order number.
RETURN, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping with us. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
